These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackMyLeads website and software (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Comply with all applicable laws when recording or processing calls, including notice and consent requirements.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMyLeads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
