Set up tracking numbers

Tracking numbers are how TrackMyLeads attributes calls. You can assign them to specific channels or let our pool assign them dynamically per visitor.

Add a number

Go to Numbers → Add number, pick a local or toll-free number, and give it a label (for example, “Google Ads” or “Billboard”).

Static vs. dynamic

A static number is fixed to one channel — good for offline sources like print or radio. A dynamic pool rotates numbers across web visitors so each session gets its own, giving you keyword-level attribution online.

Route the calls

Set the destination each tracking number forwards to — usually your main business line. Calls forward instantly while we record the source in the background.
